For 12 mini tartelettes you’ll need:

  • 150g all purpose flour
  • 50g powdered sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 50g butter
  • 1 egg

In a large bowl, sift the flour, powdered sugar and salt. After that you can add the butter and knead it all together. Knead it until you have a mix of crumbles. Then add the egg to the dough and quickly mix it all together with a spoon. Make a ball out of the dough and put it in the fridge for at least one hour. After that you cann roll the dough two about 2mm. Use a glass to cut out round forms. Repeat this process until you have no more dough left. You can use a normal muffin baking pan, to make your tartelettes. Put the round pieces of dough into the moulds of your muffin baking pan. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut out round forms of baking paper, that fit into the moulds. Put them on top of the tartelettes and fill them with baking beans. Bake it for 10 minutes. Remove the baking paper and the beans and bake the tartelettes for another 3-4 minutes. After they have cooled off you can fill them with whipped cream and berries. Fill free to experiment with different kinds of toppings. That’s how I made my mini berry tartelettes.
