I can’t get enough new lemonades and smoothie recipes lately. When I found a hibiscus iced tea recipe, I just had to try it! It’s a very refreshing drink for the summer, so just perfect for this weekend :)
For 2 servings you’ll need:
- 4 hibiscus tea bags
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1/8 cup mint leaves
Add the tea bags and the honey to the boiling water and let it steem for about 20 minutes. Then you can remove the tea bags. Put the hibiscus tea in a large pitcher and add ice and sparkling water to the pitcher. At least you can add the mint and a few strawberries. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
I think the hibiscus iced tea turned out pretty well and is a great summer drink. Have a great day everyone ;)!
